As a minimum, you should get a euro cylinder with anti-snap and anti-drill features. Ask for a 3-star cylinder lock for the highest security protection level. Yes. This is known as having your locks ‘keyed alike’. I will have to visit your home to measure the locks and then come back on a follow-up visit to fit the locks that have been keyed alike. More details are available in my article on keyed alike locks.

Contact me. Difficulties in operating your lock are a sign that there is a problem. It is much better to get these problems solved before it becomes a bigger issue. You should never have to force the key, the handle or the door. Otherwise, eventually, something will fail and it may result in you being locked in or locked out or not being able to secure your property. Please call me if you are having difficulties. It is normally a simple and inexpensive fix to resolve the issue.
Yes. This is a regular problem I tackle. In the case of a uPVC or composite door, it is normally caused by a failure of the multi-point locking mechanism. The trick is to get the door open without causing lasting damage in order to repair the issue. I have specialist tools for this kind of job.
Yes. You do not know who may have copies of your key. The only way to ensure that you are the only one with keys to your property is to have the locks changed. For more information, read my article on thing to do when moving house.
Yes. I am able to service, repair and replace window locks, handles and locking mechanisms.
I am able to gain entry to basic domestic safes and security boxes. But for commercial or higher secutrty safes, it is better to get a specialist locksmith that specifically deals with these types of safes.

Yes, normally photographic ID as a minimum is required so that I can verify who I am letting in to the property. If unavailable, then proof will be requested once the property is accessed.
No. You only pay when the job is completed. There is no charge for just turning up.
