Most reviews are very positive, however, there is some evidence of issues with customer service and delivery delays. There is no dedicated technical support.

This is a door hardware specialist. A limited range of actual locksmith specific products and at prices that are not the most competitive – although certain specific items are competitive. They own the TradeLocks brand if you want those products – although there are some mixed feedback on the quality of those locks. There are mixed reviews available online with some reports of quality issues.

Whilst Duffells have rated the best UK locksmith supplier overall in this review, what is important to recognise is that a good locksmith will need to have 2-3 regular suppliers, because you never know when one might be out of stock of a certain product. It’s also good to take advantage of any special offers that will appear from time to time and the timings will vary.
It is worth noting that for all these suppliers you have to open a trade account with them and you have to be a trading locksmith (or other related security profession) in order to be granted an account.
